Zuzanna Montwill is the founder of Mondo Studio, an architecture and interior design firm that merges architecture, biology, art, and technology to create sustainable and forward-thinking spaces. With a global perspective shaped by her work in Tokyo, Amsterdam, and Copenhagen, she has collaborated with top firms such as BIG and UNStudio. Her expertise in regenerative design and environmental integration defines her approach to architecture.
A Master Engineer Architect, Zuzanna Montwill holds degrees from the Gdańsk University of Technology and UC Berkeley, equipping her with a strong foundation in innovative and sustainable design. Her professional journey includes working in major international cities, where she contributed to landmark projects with renowned firms like BIG (Bjarke Ingels Group) and UNStudio.

During her tenure at BIG, Zuzanna played a key role in projects such as The Plus, a sustainable furniture factory in Norway, recognized as one of the most environmentally friendly factories in the world. She also contributed to the Esbjerg Strand Masterplan, a forward-thinking campus designed through environmental simulations to foster a human-centered and sustainable ecosystem.

Her time in Japan deeply influenced her architectural philosophy, instilling an appreciation for minimalism, clean lines, and the seamless integration of nature with the built environment. These principles now shape her work at Mondo Studio, where she reimagines materials and implements regenerative strategies to create innovative and environmentally conscious spaces. Recognized as a leader in contemporary architecture, Zuzanna continues to push the boundaries of design, sustainability, and aesthetics.
