Refunds and Cancellation Policy

These Cancellation & Refund Policies govern your use of Architerrax and provide important information regarding registrations, purchases, cancellations, refunds, and digital product access on our platform. By accessing or using Architerrax and its services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
 

The terms “Architerrax”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our” refer to Architerrax and its subsidiaries, affiliates, and associated platforms, including www.architerrax.com (“Website”). The term “Services” includes workshops, competitions, mentorship programs, fellowship programs, paid courses, digital assets, downloadable products, AI services, and all other offerings made available through our platform.
 

1. Registration Fees for Workshops, Competitions & Programs

Certain workshops, competitions, mentorships, fellowships, courses, and events hosted by Architerrax require a registration or participation fee. All applicable fees are clearly mentioned on the respective registration or product pages.
 

All costs incurred by participants in preparing submissions, assignments, presentations, competition entries, or workshop participation shall remain the sole responsibility of the participant.
 

Unless explicitly stated otherwise:

  • All registration and participation fees are non-refundable.

  • Registrations cannot be transferred to another individual without prior written approval from Architerrax.

  • Failure to attend a workshop, event, session, or competition after successful registration shall not qualify for any refund, credit, or compensation.
     

A refund will only be considered if:

  • Architerrax cancels the workshop, competition, or program entirely.

  • The purchased service cannot be delivered by Architerrax due to internal operational reasons.
     

In such cases, eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
 

2. Digital Products & Marketplace Assets

Architerrax offers digital products and downloadable resources through its marketplace, including but not limited to:

  • Revit Families

  • BIM Assets

  • Photoshop Brushes

  • Templates

  • Guidebooks

  • Digital Resources

  • AI-related assets

  • Downloadable files and toolkits
     

Due to the nature of digital products:

  • All digital product purchases are final.

  • No refunds, exchanges, replacements, or cancellations will be provided once the product has been delivered, downloaded, accessed, or shared via email or download link.

  • Partial refunds are not applicable for digital purchases under any circumstances
    .

Users are solely responsible for entering accurate information, including:

  • Email addresses

  • Billing details

  • Delivery information
     

Architerrax shall not be held responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect information submitted by the purchaser. Purchases made using incorrect email addresses or incomplete details shall not qualify for refunds or compensation.
 

Users are advised to carefully review all product descriptions, compatibility requirements, and technical specifications before completing a purchase.
 

3. Paid Courses & Workshop Recordings

Paid online courses, recorded workshops, downloadable sessions, and educational content provided by Architerrax are considered digital educational products.
 

Accordingly:

  • All purchases for paid courses and workshop recordings are non-refundable.

  • Access durations, where applicable, are clearly specified on the respective course pages.

  • Sharing, redistributing, reproducing, or reselling purchased course material without authorization is strictly prohibited.


Architerrax reserves the right to revoke access to purchased content without refund in cases involving:

  • Unauthorized distribution

  • Misuse of content

  • Copyright infringement

  • Platform abuse or fraudulent activity


4. AI Services & Custom Deliverables

Architerrax AI services include image generation, enhancement, modifications, visualization support, and custom creative deliverables.


Due to the customized and computational nature of these services:

  • Payments made toward AI-generated outputs, consultations, or creative services are non-refundable once processing has begun.

  • Minor variations in AI-generated results shall not constitute grounds for refunds.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on project complexity and workflow requirements.
     

Architerrax reserves the right to decline revision requests that significantly alter the originally submitted brief.


5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Users initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes after receiving products, downloads, services, or access may:

  • Have their accounts permanently restricted,

  • Lose access to purchased products or services,

  • Be prohibited from future use of Architerrax services.


Architerrax reserves the right to provide proof of delivery, downloads, communications, invoices, and access logs to payment processors or legal authorities where required.


6. Modifications to Services & Pricing

Architerrax reserves the right to:

  • Modify, discontinue, or update any service or product without prior notice,

  • Revise pricing, offerings, access durations, or platform features at its discretion.


Such modifications shall not entitle existing users to refunds or compensation unless explicitly stated otherwise.
