Emirjeta Taipi is an architect and industry leader specializing in large-scale transportation, education, and commercial projects. As the CEO of ThreeStudio Architecture & Engineering, she is known for her innovative design approach and ability to transform complex concepts into reality. Her expertise has shaped major developments, including the Newark Airport Terminal 1 redevelopment and high-rise commercial towers in the U.S. and MENA region.
With over a decade of experience, Emirjeta Taipi has established herself as a leader in the architectural field, blending technical precision with a visionary outlook. She has spearheaded transformative projects such as the $1B Newark Airport Terminal 1 redevelopment and the strategic management of the One Flagler high-rise commercial tower in West Palm Beach, Florida. Her contributions extend to pioneering architectural developments across the Middle East and North Africa.

Beyond her project work, Emirjeta is deeply involved in architectural education and mentorship. A graduate of the City College of New York’s Spitzer School of Architecture, she remains an active voice in academia as a guest critic and industry panelist. She has spoken at prestigious events such as the New York Build Conference and has been recognized as a 2019 Next Generation Builder by the Women Builders Council.
